Throughout Frostic's life, she faced many physical and societal challenges while establishing herself in the industry. Her life symbolizes growth and change, along with her work showcasing various stages of growth in nature and animals in Michigan.
Emphasizing the change over time during the exhibit execution was key in throughout the creative process.
Translating the concept of growth into other areas was key when creating promotional materials and the opening ceremony program.
Introductory, biography, and quote didactics were created to allow the audience to read more about her life story, get an introduction to the exhibit, and read snippets from her lifetime while observing the art.
Channeling Frostic's love for art and nature into a takeaway for the audience continues the experience and allows each individual to plant their own Michigan wildflower seeds.
